BecomingElyah
The earth is the Lord’s, and everything in it. The world and all its people belong to him. Psalm 24:1
WELCOME TO BECOMINGELYAH!
BecomingElyah is a blog dedicated to sharing my life through the past, present, and future. This space is a reflection of the experiences, challenges, memories, and moments that have shaped me into who I am today. From where I’ve been, to what God is currently teaching me, to the dreams and calling I believe He is leading me toward, I want this blog to be a place of honesty, growth, faith, and becoming. Without God, I truly would not be here. Through every high and low, He has carried me, changed me, and continued to remind me that my story still has purpose. BecomingElyah is more than just a blog it’s the journey of becoming the person God created me to be. For I am HIS.

My Heart
I have a big heart for people. More than anything, I want people to know they are deeply loved. I care for people I've never even met because I know so many are searching for something to fill the emptiness inside them.
We often look for fulfillment in people, places, jobs, achievements, or possessions, hoping they'll satisfy the longing in our hearts. But no matter what we chase, nothing truly fulfills us except God.
I know this because I've tried. I've tried filling the void by constantly staying busy, spending hours on my phone, surrounding myself with friends, and pouring all of my attention and energy into people instead of the One who created me. I made people my source instead of making God my source. But I learned that nothing compares to the peace, joy, and fulfillment found in Him.
It's so easy to tell ourselves, ”I'll spend time with God tomorrow," while filling today with work, entertainment, or endless distractions. Before we know it, we've begun prioritizing the things we've created over the God who created us. Yet He is the only One who can truly satisfy the deepest longings of our hearts.
Because of what God has done in my own life, I believe He brings beauty from brokenness and purpose from pain. He doesn't waste our stories. Instead, He uses them to reveal His goodness and draw us closer to Him.
The Lord has given me a burning heart to see people set free from the chains that hold them back. I want people to know that He doesn't see them as damaged, forgotten, or beyond repair. He sees them as His beloved children, deeply known, deeply loved, and created with purpose. My desire is to carry His light to those who need to know they are never alone.
