First Moments at YWAM
It has been over 2 weeks since being here in YWAM Kona. The overflow of knowledge and love for the Lord has overcome me. My weeks have been filled with worship services, training mornings, intercession, tracks, prayer, and my least reached class. Training morning is when you get to do practicals that train you for life and outreach. How to hear God's voice, how to pray, DBS(Discipleship Bible Studies), to be Holy, ect… In intercession we pray for nations and people groups. Tracks are an activation of your gifting. I am in Brave Love which has a few focuses, what biblical womanhood looks like, how to be a strong leader and raising up female leaders while also teaching girls how to love and champion other women.
I've been learning so much and seeing myself growing as a person. When I do get some free time, I have been able to explore the island some. Going to different beaches, cliff jumping, manta ray diving, going into towns, and stores. It's been such a treat to be here and do my DTS in Hawaii. It has been a blessing on my life! But about 2 weeks ago, I found out that I am going to the Middle East for my outreach!! I am so excited! I love my team and can't wait for the next 5 months with them as they become my family. Pray that the Lord equips me and my team for this mission trip coming our way. Thank y'all so much for all the support throughout this trip. I really can't say enough thanks!
